With volume running at yearly lows, it is easy for MMs to manipulate the price when anyone with a seven figure position who needs to sell for a variety of reasons unrelated to stock fundamentals( ie. a margin call on a marginable security), the MMs will walk down the price until a solid buyer steps in to take advantage of the sale price.
ON the otc low volume almost always translates to a price decline. The good news is that when a big buyer steps in, often on a positive news event such as an earnings report, the stock movement is often explosive to the upside. This will generate a lot of shudda coulda woudas among the faithful.

I guess. Historically, they haven’t really.. at least not that I can recall. Possibly a little bit more volume just due to a positive PR of some kind. Every drug approval and launch though, large or small, puts us in better financial position regardless of PPS reaction.

Small ones would at least put some life into the stock.

I think the accumulative 40% drop is also the nature of very to little volume and there have been a few decent size sellers since last call. Price has slowly drifted down with anticipation of no news driving new volume. Waiting for Q4 results is like the dead zone in the Gulf of Mexico.

I understand your post but at the same time, a 40% drop in price is warranted from the best quarter in the company’s long history? Every day means we’re closer to the 2nd facility opening up and more drugs being approved and launched. The price here makes no sense.
