place orders to purchase SWRM common shares using the E-Trade online electronic trading platform. The Company can confirm that we have spoken with both DTC and E-trade to confirm there is no chill issued on AppSwarm common stock but is rather a technical issue with the system on the E-Trade side.
 
This issue seems to be isolated to E-Trade as our security is still available to be bought and sold electronically with most other popular trading platforms.
 
The Company is currently working diligently with the E-Trade Compliance Department to resolve this issue, but in the interim retail investors using E-trade can still place orders by simply calling an E-Trade representative by phone. Further, there is no additional call-in trading charge.
