Ten Families Invited to Go 'Undercover' at Diamond Resorts International®

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- In an exciting new promotion that 'mirrors' the hit CBS TV show "Undercover Boss," Diamond Resorts International® (Diamond) is giving ten lucky families the chance to star in their own, real-life version of the hit program.  This intriguing new sweepstakes, launching today, celebrates the return of Diamond Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Stephen J. Cloobeck to the popular reality series—the first time that any Chief Executive has made a second appearance on the program.

Applicants can enter the sweepstakes between now and Dec. 31 at www.diamondresorts.com. Ten lucky families will be awarded a free vacation consisting of a seven-day, six-night stay at select premier locations within the Diamond Resorts collection. The families will enjoy the Diamond Resort experience as "undercover" agents, and report directly back to Mr. Cloobeck with an evaluation of their stay.

"At Diamond Resorts International, our signature attribute is our dedication to top-of-the-line service for our guests," said Cloobeck. "This sweepstakes will provide these families with a direct link to me to provide feedback on their guest experience, which we consider critical to the evolution of our brand. As always, we are focused on delivering an outstanding vacation experience, and we see this program as an opportunity to gain invaluable insight into how guests perceive our standard of service."

Mr. Cloobeck's return to "Undercover Boss" will air on November 30 at 8 p.m. (EST) on CBS. Now in its fourth season, each episode of "Undercover Boss" features a high-ranking executive or owner of a corporation going undercover as an entry-level employee in his or her own company. The executives alter their appearance and assume an alias and fictional back-story.

They spend approximately one week undercover, working in various capacities within the company. At the end of their week undercover, the executives reveal their true identities and speak with each of the employees they worked with individually. Hard-working, loyal employees are rewarded through job promotion or financial rewards, while other employees are given additional training and an enhanced work environment.
