Extending its early Asian session's upward trading, the U.S. dollar strengthened to more than a 4-month high of 0.9514 against the franc at 4:10 am ET Wednesday. If the dollar rises further, it may target 0.955 level. At Tuesday's close, the dollar-franc pair was worth 0.9472.
