At 1 am ET Tuesday, Japan's consumer confidence index for April was released. Amid the report, the yen changed little against other major currencies. As of now, the yen is worth 79.87 against the dollar, 102.45 against the euro, 128.52 against the pound and 85.33 against the franc.
