The Reserve Bank of Australia had released the minutes of its May 1 meeting in early Tuesday Asian deals at 9:30 pm ET. Following the release, the aussie dropped against its major counterparts.

At present, the aussie is worth 0.9948 against the U.S. dollar, 1.2888 against the euro, 1.2833 against the kiwi and 79.44 against the yen.



NYSE and AMEX quotes are delayed by at least 20 minutes.
All other quotes are delayed by at least 15 minutes unless otherwise stated.
