Berkshire Hathaway Corp.'s (BRKA, BRKB) CEO Warren Buffett asked in an interview on CNBC Friday about Facebook's upcoming IPO, said he wouldn't be investing in the social networker but "it's extraordinary what's happened with that company." People get excited about companies that have done that well, they should, but added "this is not a bubble" phase.
