At 4.30 am ET Thursday, U.K. CI PS/Markit services PMI for April is due. Ahead of the data, the pound slipped against other major counterparts.

At 4:25 am ET, the pound was worth 1.6176 against the greenback, 0.8132 against the euro, 129.85 against the yen and 1.4780 against the franc.



NYSE and AMEX quotes are delayed by at least 20 minutes.
