Kofax plc: Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
Irvine, CA, 1 May 2012 - The total number of ordinary shares of 2.5p of Kofax plc ("the Company") in issue as of April 30, 2012 is 93,921,153.
There are 5,068,374 ordinary shares held in treasury, and therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 88,852,779.
The above figure of 88,852,779 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
