Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The board of Turbotec Products Plc (TRBO.L), the designer and manufacturer of energy efficient heat exchangers and heat transfer tubing, is pleased to announce that on 26 April 2012, Sunil Raina acquired 102,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Robert Lieberman also acquired 102,000 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares were acquired in each case from Thermodynetics, Inc, one of the Company's major shareholders, in lieu of repayment of loans of US$50,000 each made by each of Messrs Raina and Lieberman to Thermodynetics, Inc in February 2012.
Following these transactions, Thermodynetics, Inc is now interested in 2,508,407 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.6% of the Company's issued share capital, Mr Raina now holds 167,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.3% of the Company's issued share capital and Mr Lieberman now holds 122,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.96% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr Raina is also interested in options over 520,000 Ordinary Shares granted under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme and Mr Lieberman is also interested in options over 265,000 Ordinary Shares granted under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
