Transfer of shares out of Treasury
McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 27 March 2012 it transferred 9,424 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company for the purpose of meeting SAYE options that were exercised early.
The Company now holds 1,889,183 shares in Treasury and has a total of 179,151,118 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
