The US currency edged down further against major rivals during late New York trading on Thursday. At present, the greenback is trading near 1.5750 against he British pound, new multi-month lows of 1.3380 versus the euro and 0.9012 versus the Swiss franc, fresh multi-day lows of 1.0721 against the Australian dollar and 0.8367 versus the NZ dollar.
