 Bayer AG (BAYN.XE) Thursday said Werner Wenning will be proposed to stockholders as the new head of the German pharmaceutical giant's supervisory board.
Wenning, who served as head of the company's management board from 2002 to 2010, is to become chairman of the supervisory board from Oct. 1, the company said in a statement.
