In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that it has been informed by Prudential Plc group of companies ("Prudential") that they have sold 44,385 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares"), representing approximately 0.1% of Bioquell's issued ordinary share capital.
Following this transfer, Prudential has a holding of 5,845,471 Shares, representing approximately 13.99% of Bioquell's issued ordinary share capital.
