McAfee today announced that Stuart McClure, chief technology officer for the company, will deliver a keynote speech at the RSA Conference 2012. McClure’s keynote titled, ‘Securing the Unsecurable’ will focus on ways the threat environment has changed and how things that were once thought of as impossible to be secured, or not in need of being secured, are now essential to a secure environment. In addition, a series of McAfee experts will lead multiple presentations and panel discussions on the latest in security.

McAfee speakers and presentations include:

  • Michelle Dennedy, chief privacy officer at McAfee will participate in a panel “Becoming a Change Agent in a World Where Change Never Ends” on Monday, February 27 at 4:20 p.m. in Room 302
  • William Cole, vice president of professional services at McAfee will participate on the panel “Top Strategies for Detecting and Combating Advanced Persistent Threats” on Tuesday, February 28 at 1:10 p.m. in Room 102
  • Brent Conran, chief security officer at McAfee will participate in a panel “Good Security on a Government Budget? Government CISOs Do More with Less” on Tuesday, February 28 at 1:10 p.m. in Room 130
  • Brian Kenyon, senior director, solution architecture at McAfee will present “Optimizing Security for Situational Awareness” on Tuesday, February 28 at 1:10 p.m. in Room 120
  • Dr. Phyllis Schneck, chief technology for public sector at McAfee will moderate a panel “Secure the Smart Grid from Cyber Attacks to Avoid Putting Us Back 200 Years” on Wednesday, February 29 at 8:00 a.m. in Room 130
  • Stuart McClure, chief technology officer will present the keynote “Securing the Unsecurable” on Wednesday, February 29 at 4:10 p.m. in Hall D
  • Dr. Phyllis Schneck, chief technology for public sector at McAfee will moderate a panel “International Cyber Crime Arrests Through Private and Public Collaboration” on Thursday, March 1 at 8:00 a.m. in Room 130
  • Stuart McClure, chief technology officer will conduct a Hacking Exposed session “The Dark World of Tiny Systems and Big Hacks” on Thursday, March 1 at 9:30 a.m. in Room 103
