 Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA.AU), or CBA, is planning an inaugural euro-denominated covered bond, one of the banks running the deal said Tuesday.
The bond will launch in the near future, subject to market conditions, the bank said.
BNP Paribas SA, CBA Institutional Banking and Markets, HSBC Holdings PLC and Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC are the lead bookrunners on the sale.
