TORONTO, July 27, 2011 /CNW/ -- TORONTO, July 27, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - New beats and more bass flood Disney XD in August as Tripp and his band mates return for the season two premiere of I'm In The Band on Saturday, August 6 at 5:30 p.m. ET as part of the Sizzlin' Summer Marathon. Following the premiere, new episodes of the series continue to air in their regular timeslot on Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. ET. In the music-filled comedy, I'm In The Band, Tripp Campbell joins his favourite rock band, Iron Weasel, determined to help the band he idolizes make an epic comeback. While Tripp has his hands full dealing with the trio of metal misfits who are his band mates, the three stooges do their best to help him steer through his teenage years and turn him into a bona fide star. In the second season, Tripp and Iron Weasel are back and taking on screaming fans, playing unexpected gigs and working out the next step in their comeback tour.
