appointed Stephen S. Oh to lead its
Excess & Surplus (E&S) business. As President of XL
Catlin's multi-line E&S operation in the US, he will direct
regional underwriting operations, product distribution &
development as well as strategic growth plans.
Based in New York, Mr. Oh
reports to Joe Tocco, Chief
Executive of XL Catlin's Americas region. Commenting on the

Mr. Oh joins XL Catlin with more than 25 years of underwriting
and management experience most recently serving as president of
Chubb Custom Market. Throughout his career at Chubb, Mr. Oh
has held numerous leadership positions in underwriting and field
operations. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.
