Regulation FD Disclosure. |
The Williams Companies, Inc. (“Williams”) and
Williams Partners L.P. (“WPZ”) report that Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (“Energy Transfer”) has announced its intention to name Donald R. Chappel, Williams’ current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and the
current Chief Financial Officer of WPZ’s general partner, as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of WPZ’s general partner following the completion of the pending Energy Transfer/Williams merger.
