Trian Partners' Nelson Peltz reported higher stakes in Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. (SBGI) and Lin TV Corp. (TVL), and a lower stake in Radnet Inc. (RDNT), according to a quarterly filing.

Peltz reported 278,424 shares of Sinclair Broadcast, up from 80,000 at the end of the second quarter. He also reported holding 518,800 shares of Lin TV, up from 468,400 at the end of June.

He lowered his stake in Radnet to 536,490 shares, from 688,318 shares in the second quarter.

Trian is known for its investments in food and beverage companies, holding stakes in Wendys/Arbys Group Inc. (WEN), H.J. Heinz Co. (HNZ), and Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS).
