On April 26, 2015, Lars R. Sørensen, a director of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he would be resigning from the Board of Directors due to increased commitments associated with his primary employment. Mr. Sørensen’s resignation is effective July 1, 2015.
