’s Commercial Paper
The sale process of our Company’s %100 subsidiary Turkcell Finansman A
.Ş.
’s 179-day commercial paper* with a nominal amount of TRY 150,000,000, maturity date of August 25, 2017 and an annual simple interest of 11.80% to qualified investors within Turkey, without public placement was completed on February 27, 2017. As of this date, in the scope of the announcement dated November 7, 2016, further announcements regarding the issuance
will be made by Turkcell Finansman A.Ş.
