Announcement Regarding the Relocation of Turkcell Headquarters
Subject: Statement made pursuant to Communiqué II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board
During the meeting held on August 25, 2015, Turkcell Board of Directors decided to change our Company’s headquarters address of “Turkcell Plaza, Meşrutiyet Cad. No:71, Tepebaşı 34430” within Istanbul’s provincial border as “Aydınevler Mahallesi, İnönü Caddesi, No:20, Küçükyalı Ofispark, Maltepe İlçesi, 34854” due to the company relocation. Following the registration of the new headquarters address, the necessary update will be made on the Public Disclosure Platform under the General Information section of our Company.
