Subject: Statement made pursuant to Communiqué II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board
It has appeared in various media channels that Turkcell is interested in the tender regarding the management of state-owned mobile networks in Lebanon. Our Company regularly monitors and evaluates investment opportunities in the region.
Regarding the aforementioned tender, our Company is conducting a preliminary review and no Board of Directors decision has been taken in this regard
