Obtaining Financing For Astelit
Subject: Statement made pursuant to Communiqué II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board
Our Board of Directors resolved the following decision regarding the payment of LLC Astelit’s (“Astelit”) debts obtained through and with guarantee of SCM Group.
For the financing purposes of Astelit, our Company shall provide a deposit pledge and/or guarantee to banks with respect to the credits, to be granted to Astelit or through our subsidiary Financell B.V. up to one year term or else obtain credit directly for a total principal amount of up to US$ 66,000,000 (or equivalent in any other currencies) and including any other expenses, currency costs, or commission that may accrue in connection with such credit agreements.
