DOW JONES NEWSWIRES TeliaSonera AB (TLSN.SK), the Swedish telecom operator, Thursday reported a fall in first quarter net profit from a year earlier, partly due to lower contributions from MegaFon and Turkcell, while revenue rose as its Eurasian operations continued to grow at a double-digit pace.
