Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on April 14, 2016, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its first quarter 2016 financial results on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at www.terex.com.
