-- TripAdvisor Inc., an online travel company based in Newton,
Mass., said Chief Financial Officer Julie Bradley will leave "to
spend more time with her family and pursue other personal
interests."
-- TransDigm Group Inc., a Cleveland-based aircraft-components
company, named Terrance Paradie CFO. He was previously finance
chief at Cliffs Natural Resources Inc., which named P. Kelly
Tompkins as his successor. At TransDigm, Mr. Paradie succeeds Greg
Rufus, who was named a senior executive vice president and will
retire in the final quarter of 2016.
-- Shaw Communications Inc., a Canadian telecom company,
appointed Vito Culmone CFO, effective June 1. Mr. Culmone is
currently CFO at WestJet Airlines Ltd., and will leave that
position on May 29, according to WestJet. At Shaw, he will succeed
Steve Wilson, who has left the company, a spokesman said.
-- Arista Networks Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif., cloud-networking
company, designated Andreas Bechtolsheim as interim CFO. Mr.
Bechtolsheim is chairman and chief development officer at the
company. He will succeed Kelyn Brannon, who the company said is
leaving "for personal reasons."
-- TD Ameritrade Holding Corp., a financial-services company
based in Omaha, Neb., chose Steve Boyle as CFO, effective Oct. 1,
succeeding Bill Gerber, who will retire but stay on at the company
during the transition. Mr. Boyle is finance chief of TD Bank.
-- Earthlink Holdings Corp., an Atlanta-based Internet-access
service company, named Louis Alterman CFO. Mr. Alterman has been an
executive vice president for strategy, operations and
transformation at the company. He succeeds Bradley Ferguson, who
was named managing director, small business and consumer.
