More than 4,000 U.S. wireline business customers participated in
the study between April and June
2015. The J.D. Power 2015 Business Wireline Satisfaction
Study℠ looks at six categories: performance and reliability, cost
of service, sales representatives and account executives, billing,
communications and customer service.
