Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Stillwater Mining Company (NYSE: SWC) today announced it had repurchased $38.8 million principal amount of its 1.75% Senior notes due 2032 in open market transactions in the third quarter of 2015, to date.

The Board has authorized management to repurchase a portion of the Company’s outstanding convertible debentures if market conditions are appropriate.
