Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
|
Third Amendment to Credit Agreement
On August 1, 2016, Sunoco LP (the “Partnership”) entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to that certain Credit
Agreement, dated as of September 25, 2014 (as amended to date, the “Credit Agreement”) with the lenders party thereto and Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as a letter of credit issuer, as swing line lender, and as administrative
agent. The Amendment amended the Credit Agreement to, among other matters, conform certain terms of the Credit Agreement to certain terms of the Partnership’s term loan credit facility dated as of March 31, 2016.
The discussion included herein of the Amendment is qualified in its entirety by reference to Exhibit 10.1 of this report on Form 8-K, which is
hereby incorporated into this item.
