PetSmart to Replace Sunoco in S&P 500

S&P Dow Jones Indices said specialty pet store PetSmart Inc.
(PETM) will replace Sunoco Inc. (SUN) in the S&P 500 ahead of
an expected acquisition.
Independent refiner Sunoco agreed in April to be acquired by
Energy Transfer Partners LP (ETP) in a $5.3 billion deal expected
to close this week.
Hunting-goods retailer Cabela's Inc. (CAB) will take the place
of PetSmart on the S&P MidCap 400. Acorda Therapeutics Inc.
(ACOR), a biopharmaceutical company, will take Cabela's spot on the
S&P SmallCap 600.
