Investments (Canada) Inc.
announced that effective July 29,
2015, it will implement management fee reductions for
several series of Sun Life Dynamic Equity Income Fund and Sun Life
Dynamic Equity Income Class.
The management fees for Series F and O of Sun Life Dynamic
Equity Income Fund and Sun Life Dynamic Equity Income Class will be
reduced from 0.85 per cent to 0.75 per cent.
Series F units are available to investors who have a fee-based
account with their dealer. Series O units are available within the
Private Client program to investors who meet the minimum

Also effective July 29, 2015, the
investment strategy of Sun Life MFS Canadian Bond Fund will be
changed to permit the Fund to invest at least 70% of the Fund's
assets in debt instruments rated BBB and above, rather than
limiting the investments to debt instruments rated above BBB. This
change will provide MFS Investment Management Canada Limited, the
sub-advisor of the fund, more opportunity to take advantage of
their deep credit analysis.
The investment strategy of the Sun Life Dynamic Strategic Yield
Fund will be changed on or before September
30, 2015. The fund will no longer achieve its investment
objectives by investing all of its assets in units of Dynamic
Strategic Yield Fund and instead will invest directly in a
diversified portfolio of fixed income and income-oriented equity
securities. Sun Life Dynamic Strategic Yield Class will continue to
achieve its investment objectives by investing in units of Sun Life
Dynamic Strategic Yield Fund. The change to the Sun Life Dynamic
Strategic Yield Fund may result in a special distribution to
investors.
In addition, Sun Life Global Investments announced a change to
the name of its flagship product suite, effective July 29, 2015. Sun Life Granite Managed
Portfolios now include the word "Granite" in each individual
portfolio name, making it easier for advisors and investors to
recognize the signature line-up. The updated names are in the chart
below:
