DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Sara Lee Corp. (SLE) named Maria Henry chief financial officer of its North American operations, effective July 18, and she will serve as financial chief for Sara Lee after the spinoff of the international coffee and tea business next year. Henry succeeds Aaron Alt, who was named brand general manager of Ballpark, in the North America role, a spokeswoman told Dow Jones. Previously, Henry was chief financial officer of Culligan International Co., a maker of water filtration systems. The company announced in January it would spin off its North American retail and foodservice businesses into a new company that would keep the "Sara Lee" name. The packaged-food company said in May it swung to a fiscal third-quarter profit as it reported higher sales across nearly all businesses, led by the international beverage unit.
