On February 2, 2015, Smithfield Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Robert W. (Bo) Manly IV, Executive Vice President and Chief Synergy Officer, has retired from the Company effective January 30, 2015.
In addition, George H. Richter, President and COO, Pork Group, retired from the Company effective November 2, 2014.
