January 3, 2002, and amendments
thereto, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general
that, on April 11, 2016 the São Paulo
State Energy and Sanitation Regulatory Agency (ARSESP) published
ARSESP Resolution 643, authorizing SABESP to apply a 8.4478% tariff
adjustment index in relation to current tariffs, as of May 12, 2016.
Resolution 643 is available on Sabesp Investor Relations' and
ARSESP's websites.
The tariff charts will be available on Sabesp's
website, www.sabesp.com.br, and at all the Company's customer
service centers.
