Raytheon Company (the “Company”) is filing this amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on July 24, 2015, which reported the election of Robert E. Beauchamp as an independent director to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) on July 22, 2015. At the time of his election, the Board had not decided on which of the Board’s standing committees Mr. Beauchamp would serve.
On October 1, 2015, the Board voted to appoint Mr. Beauchamp to the Board’s Management Development and Compensation Committee effective immediately as of such date.
