LONDON--Oil and gas company Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA.LN) Thursday said it has extended its cash offer for Cove Energy PLC (COV.LN) until 1200 GMT on June 27. MAIN FACTS: -Cash Offer by Shell Exploration and Production (XL) B.V. (Shell Bidco) for Cove Energy. -As at 1200 GMT on June 13, Shell Bidco had received valid acceptances of the offer in respect of 23.7 million Cove shares representing 4.84% of the existing issued share capital of Cove. -Class A shares of Royal Dutch Shell on Wednesday closed at 2090.5 pence.
