LONDON--ICG Enterprise Trust PLC (ICGT.LN) said Monday it renewed 40 million pounds ($49.9 million) of debt which was due to expire on March 27 for another three years.

The loans are from The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS.LN) and Lloyds Bank (LLOY.LN), the company said.
