LONDON--Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (RBS.LN) said Wednesday it plans to delist its shares on Euronext Amsterdam due to low trading volumes.

The 80% goverment-owned bank said it expects the last day of trading in its shares on the exchange to be April 16, and the listing to be canceled April 17.

The bank said its shares will remain listed on the London Stock Exchange and in ADR form on the New York Stock Exchange.
