On September 20, 2016, PerkinElmer, Inc. (the “Company”) and Jonathan P. DiVincenzo, Senior Vice President and President, Environmental Health
of the Company, determined that Mr. DiVincenzo would end his employment with the Company as of September 30, 2016.
