Royal Philips NV planned to sell most of its Lumileds business
to GO Scale Capital for $2.8 billion. "Philips Lighting Components
Deal Halted by Regulatory Concerns -- 2nd Update" at 1430 GMT,
misstated in the first paragraph the price as $3.3 billion, which
was the valuation of the whole Lumileds unit under the deal.
