FRANKFURT--SAP AG (SAP) has appointed Luisa Deplazes Delgado to its executive board to take charge of human resources and labor relations from September, filling a position that had been open for about a year after the previous occupant resigned unexpectedly. Angelika Dammann left as head of human resources at the German software maker in July last year after a media report sparked discussion about her use of company jets. She said the claims were false. Chief Financial Officer Werner Brandt has been covering responsibility for human resources on a provisionary basis in the meantime. Swiss-born Deplazes Delgado is currently Chief Executive and general manager of Procter & Gamble Nordic, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Write to Harriet Torry at harriet.torry@dowjones.com
