Ocwen in Full Compliance With NYSE Continued Listing Requirements

Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE:OCN), a leading
financial services holding company, announced today that it has
received a letter from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) stating
that it will be removed from the NYSE's late filer list now that
Ocwen has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended
December 31, 2014 with the Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC). Ocwen is now in full compliance with the NYSE's continued
listing standards. The NYSE has advised Ocwen that the 'LF'
indicator on the trading symbol OCN was removed effective May 13,
2015.
