Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) released its 2015 Corporate
Responsibility Report (CRR), a comprehensive publication
highlighting the company's ongoing commitment to corporate
responsibility including diversity and inclusion; employee
engagement; support for science, technology, engineering and
mathematics (STEM) education; environmental sustainability;
supplier diversity and ethics. It is the ninth year the
company has published a corporate responsibility report.
"Our purpose at Northrop Grumman is to provide our customers
with products and services that help them meet their critical
mission requirements," said Wes Bush, chairman, chief executive
officer and president, Northrop Grumman. "To do so, we operate with
a daily commitment to corporate responsibility and sustainability.
This report describes those efforts and serves as our guide for
continuous improvement and sustainable top performance."
The 2015 CRR is produced consistent with the Global Reporting
Initiative (GRI) G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines. GRI is a
third-party organization that has developed a widely used
environmental, social and governance reporting framework. The
report is also evaluated by an independent external review panel
