-- United Technologies Corp., a Hartford, Conn., product and
service provider for the building and aerospace industries, named
Akhil Johri as its chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1. Mr.
Johri is currently finance chief at Pall Corp., according to a
regulatory filing, and was previously CFO for United Technologies'
propulsion and aerospace systems business. He will succeed acting
CFO Peter Longo.
-- Warner Bros. Entertainment, a Burbank, Calif.-based division
of Time Warner Inc., named Kim Williams as chief financial officer.
Her appointment is effective Jan. 15, Ms. Williams told The Wall
Street Journal. She was previously finance chief at Core Media
Group. Warner Bros. promoted Ed Romano, who had been CFO at the
company since 1994, to vice chairman.
-- Northrop Grumman Corp., a Falls Church, Va., global security
company, named Kenneth Bedingfield CFO, effective after the company
files its 2014 annual report. Mr. Bedingfield is vice president of
finance at the company. He will succeed James Palmer, who is
retiring next year.
-- CME Group Inc., a Chicago-based operator of securities and
commodities exchanges, named John Pietrowicz as finance chief,
according to a regulatory filing. Mr. Pietrowicz was previously a
senior managing director for business development and corporate
finance at the company.
