The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc.
(NYSE:NLY) (the “Company” or “Annaly”) declared the fourth quarter
2016 common stock cash dividend of $0.30 per common share. This
dividend is payable January 31, 2017, to common shareholders of
record on December 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date is December 28,
2016.
Dividends may be reinvested through the Company's Dividend
Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan. Plan information may be
