Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. (500108.BY) has given contracts worth a total of INR67.57 million to Tata Communications Ltd. (500483.BY) and Vodafone-Essar Ltd., the Indian unit of Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN).

According to the terms of the contract, given in July, the two companies will carry international calls originating from MTNL's Delhi network to other destinations across the world, a notice on the state-run company's website showed Monday.

The contract is for three months ending Sept. 30, 2011, the notice added.

MTNL provides telecom and related services in the Delhi and Mumbai service areas.

The notice didn't say how the INR67.57 million was divided between the two countries.
