On October 27, 2016, Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference. As indicated in the press release, the Company will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. U.S. Central Time, during which Company executives will review the financial results. The call will be broadcast over the Internet and can be accessed in the manner set forth in the press release.
