(b)  On April 17, 2015, Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (the “Company”) announced that Tom De Weerdt, Vice President and Corporate Controller, informed the Company on April 14, 2015 that he intends to leave the Company to pursue another opportunity, effective May 18, 2015.
